I often get asked, “Once my chakras are aligned, will they stay this way?”
The answer is yes and no.
It all depends on how you allow the things happening around you to affect what’s happening within you… how you process trauma, stress, emotions and everyday energy for example.
My sessions include a personal chakra reading, which then shapes your unique healing experience. I also give homework which generally includes affirmations to assist with your own mindset, because the way we speak to ourselves and care for our energy has a direct impact on keeping our chakras healthy and balanced.

A morning that feels meaningful. 🌅
It was suggested by many that I should build on this land. Yet something in me said no. I couldn’t explain it at the time… I just knew.
I didn’t realise that choosing not to build here was actually choosing something far more valuable.
Now my days off start like this. A sky that reminds me to slow down, breathe and just be. In stillness, in gratitude, in presence.
And that feels like a blessing I’ll never take for granted.

Our Third Eye chakra sits at a meeting point between the physical brain and our inner awareness. 🌀✨💙
Energetically, its epicentre is between the eyebrows, extending through the centre of the head toward the base of the skull and upper neck. This area corresponds closely with key neurological and endocrine structures, including the Pineal Gland, Pituitary Gland & Hypothalamus.

Old invasive etheric tissue can harden and form a structure-like ‘fishnet’ that wraps itself around the organs and tissues of the body. The invasive tissue mostly comes from cording that hasn’t been removed, but can also be formed from the residue of negative emotions and trauma.
Here I use a Spirit Quartz to carry out an extraction, drill into the area to catch the hardened netting of etheric tissue. Afterwards I would normally hoover up and insert white light! ✨
Extraction is like pulling all the long, matted hair out of a clogged drain.
Clients have actually described the experience very accurately, saying “it felt like you were pulling netting out of my body,” which brings about a sense of relief.
More importantly, the effect of releasing the organ or tissue from restrictive and oppressive binding has significant impact on the energetic functioning of the organ, the invaded tissue and the emotional system of the client.

Last week at Omni Kids Summer Club in Leicestershire, I had the joy of holding space for 28 wonderful children to explore the magic of energy and crystals ✨
There’s something so powerful about watching young ones fully engaged in practices many of us discover much later in life… their openness and curiosity a reminder that this generation is already so deeply tuned in.
Here’s what we explored together:
🌟 A guided meditation journey where the children met animal friends. An invitation to tap into the same imagination used to create stories and dreams.
🌈 Matching chakra colours to flowers and crystals. Learning how each supports different energy centres in the body.
🍓 Then came the fruit! Matching rainbow foods to the chakras to show how food feeds not only our bodies, but our energy too.
🔮 Finally, we co-created a giant crystal grid together and sat in stillness for a closing meditation, sending peace and love to the world.
It was truly beautiful to witness. Moments like these help lay the foundation for a more conscious, heart-led world. 🌍✨

David was scheduled to receive surgery on his left hand after suffering with a severe case of Dupuytren’s contracture - a complex condition that leaves fingers permanently bent. Surgeons had advised this to be one of the most complicated hand procedures to carry out.
I researched the condition, assisted with ancestral clearing (at times Dupuytren is hereditary) then went on to perform a Crystal Surgery operation.
By working with etheric tissue in the energy field and simulating surgery using crystal techniques, we can prime the energy system for the surgical changes due to take place. In other words… an operation in the energy body of David’s hand can prepare him for the actual surgery to go as smoothly as possible.
And it did! …The results?
💫 Surgery time cut in half
💫 No skin graft needed
💫 No gaping wound
💫 Faster healing
Further follow up Crystal Surgery sessions to address inflammation and nerve repair were then carried out. All of this meant David made an excellent recovery in a third of the time that was medically predicted!

🔔 Sound Frequency: Tibetan bowls, bells or tuning forks create high-vibrational frequencies that shake off stagnant energy and recharge.
🔥 Smoke Cleansing: Using sage is an ancient way to clear and reset. Pass your crystals through the sacred smoke with intention.
🌕 Moonlight Magic: Leaving your crystals under the full moon infuses them with lunar energy and naturally cleanses them.
🕊️ Selenite: Selenite is self-cleansing and can charge other crystals too. Place your crystals near a selenite wand or plate overnight.

Energy cleansing is an essential part of self-care. ✨ We absorb so much from our surroundings and interactions, so taking time to clear your Auric Field is important to create space for high-vibrational energy to flow freely.

Seeing the children come together with so much interest and enthusiasm was truly special! This generation has a powerful potential to bring about positive change in the world, and experiences like this are part of laying that foundation. The positive vibes and awareness they’re cultivating at such a young age are part of the New Earth and 5D consciousness, where more people are in tune with their higher selves and the energy of the universe.
