Crystal Surgery is a form of energy healing that uses crystals and their properties in specific ways to “operate” on the energy field. It can help to repair, balance, or remove blockages from the aura, chakras, or mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies using specialised techniques and crystal tools.

Crystal Surgery is more targeted and technique-driven than crystal healing. While traditional crystal healing often involves placing stones on or around the body to balance energy, Crystal Surgery uses active techniques in a particular order that formulate a procedure on a much deeper level.

Crystal Surgery practitioners understand the metaphysical properties of the minerals/stones used and the anatomy of the body to produce results. For example, using lithium stones for anti-depression techniques can powerfully support in this area as anti-depressants themselves contain lithium.

Healing begins with a brief consultation of the client’s concerns. The client will then lie down, fully-clothed on a healing table, with a blanket offered too. Kam will then open up the space, sweep the energy field, check the chakras and begin the healing. She will refer to client concerns and also be led by intuitive, spiritual guidance to perform Crystal Surgery techniques using crystal tools. A session will usually end with grounding, filling the energy body with white light and integration.

During a Private Session, intuitively I can pick up and focus on what’s required for you right now. In a Group Session, I will work on the group as a whole.

Crystal Surgery is gentle, non-invasive and works on an energetic level. Some in-person techniques connect or rub crystals over the physical body (known as a first-layer infusion), this is typically very soothing.

Depending on the client and techniques used, sometimes there may be a detoxification process within 48 hours after a healing session. This is completely normal as your body integrates the healing and is a good sign! If for whatever reason you are concerned in the aftermath of a healing, please contact Kam.

Extremely important. It is strongly advised not to consume alcohol for up to 48 hours after a healing as this can disrupt the healing process.

Soaking in a a hot bath with Himalayan pink salt is recommended. Take it easy in the following days, rest when you need to and don’t over-exert yourself, especially if deep healing has taken place. Kam will advise on individual cases but the most important part is to go gently.

Common experiences include deep, meditative relaxation, tingling or movement of energy, emotional release, clarity, lightness, perhaps even seeing visuals and colour. Some people might fall asleep, or not feel anything at all. The experience is completely individual to the client.

This varies entirely on an individual’s circumstances. Crystal Surgery is a healing modality that is seen as an ever-evolving journey for the highest good of yourself and the highest good of all. It is rarely a one-time fix. Clients may see profound results after just one session, whereas others may require a process for deeper, chronic issues. Repeat clients are common, with many understanding the transformative power Crystal Surgery has on their lives and relationships, viewing it as a regular investment in their growth, health and wellbeing. Others may feel fine for a time, but book in if they feel out of sorts, sense their system is out of balance, or require support following traumatic or life-altering events.

Openness helps, but full belief isn’t required. Many people report feeling lighter, clearer, or more grounded after a session regardless of their prior beliefs. Like many energy modalities, the results can be subtle or profound, depending on the person.

Yes, Crystal Surgery is just as effective done remotely as it is in person. Kam will work with intention and establish an energetic connection, typically tuning in via a crystal proxy that connects to your energy field. The client is generally on call over audio or FaceTime – this is your choice. Remote sessions are wonderful, as you are able to relax in the comfort of your own home without being disturbed.
